Client 

My client is a specialist consultancy firm specialising in Public and Media relations.
They are now looking for an Personal Assistant / Office Manager to come and join their tight knit team. 

The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented and have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently on a daily basis. You will be ‘the face’ of the company being the first port of call for client questions and you will have to be able to build relationships quickly.
 
Responsibilities:

• Diary management for two directors
• Travel and accommodation booking
• Events management – following a brief, getting quotes, booking all elements required
• Liaison with assistants in political parties (when booking meetings/arranging travel)
• Expenses
• Ad hoc admin as required
• Manage general up keep of the office (ordering stationary etc.)

 
Key skills/Requirements:

• Proven experience in a support role (2+ years min)
• Experience organising events
• Experience within or a knowledge of Politics (Advantageous)
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Be very well presented
• Ability to work autonomously
• Efficient on MAC and Windows programmes
