In this role you will:

  • Support the business requirements for EOM processing & system updates
  • Support team to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly plans are achieved
  • Achievement of agreed SLA targets
  • Coordination of freight billing
  • Review and respond to escalated internal requests
  • Ensure customer orders/ requests meet the minimum customer order acceptance
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer queries electronic and by phone
  • Be the point of contact for customer issues
  • Review customer orders to ensure they meet Data#3 requirements
  • Daily follow up of suppliers for delivery information and updating system
  • Receipting direct shipped purchase orders
  • Upload supplier shipping and backorder reports daily
  • Ensure that all customer and supplier change requests are actioned in a timely manner

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer focused or administrative support preferably within Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehousing
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers and vendors
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general computer technologies
  • High degree of customer focus, communication and motivation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and assist to resolve order/inventory issues
  • Good understanding of distribution processes including the use of automated systems required for effective order fulfilment
