Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or at least 2 years relevant experience in a professional office environment.
Experience:
- Proven experience with a busy, multi-line telephone system
- Proven experience with office software, eg. Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of general administrative processes.
Skills:
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of a professional office environment
- Excellent work ethic, dedication, punctuality, initiative, positive personality, attention to detail, well-organised and self-motivated
- Confidence in the development of client relatiopnships and the building of rapport with other staff and business suppliers.
- Ability to work independantly as well as in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and able to meet deadlines (ability to use own time and resources effectively)
- Positive attitude and a strong attention to detail including understanding and following directions
