Qualifications:  Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or at least 2 years relevant experience in a professional office environment.

Experience:

  • Proven experience with a busy, multi-line telephone system
  • Proven experience with office software, eg. Microsoft Office
  • Sound knowledge of general administrative processes.

Skills:  

  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of a professional office environment
  • Excellent work ethic, dedication, punctuality, initiative, positive personality, attention to detail, well-organised and self-motivated
  • Confidence in the development of client relatiopnships and the building of rapport with other staff and business suppliers.
  • Ability to work independantly as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines (ability to use own time and resources effectively)
  • Positive attitude and a strong attention to detail including understanding and following directions
