About you
You are a highly organized and an experienced administrator who pays close attention to detail and loves being in a supportive role. Self-managed and a confident professional, you can work independently however you are also willing to take directions with a positive attitude. You understand the challenges of supporting a very busy team and ready to go extra mile to meet deadlines, changing priorities and projects.
You pride yourself in being friendly, proactive, having a customer service approach as well as willing to learn and grow in aspects relating your job, which you might not be familiar with. You respect other's point of view and can express your personal views in a constructive and diplomatic manner.

About this opportunity
Under the support and direction of the Advocacy and Community Education Manager, this role provides high level administrative and quality control support to the Advocacy, Community & Peer Education team to enable the delivery of evidence-based and lived experience programs and services across the organisation.
This is a part time role (0.4) which forms a part of the Quality and Service Development (Q&SD) team.
What do you need?
- Prior experience in providing administrative support, preferably (not mandatory) in a Not-for-profit environment
- Understanding of database management systems and social media/communication technologies
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver within tight timelines
- Satisfactory, current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
Experience in "event management" in a similar not-for-profit environment will be highly regarded.
