Guest Experience & Data Integrity Assistant
Join an award winning automotive dealership who is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic Guest Experience &Data Integrity Assistant to join our team! The ultimate goal of this position is providing exceptional service to our guests who in turn will become advocates for Northpoint.
We are looking for a customer service and administration professional who wants to further their career with our successful growing Dealership. In this fulltime role you will need exceptional interpersonal, analytical, customer service and administration skills. You will possess attrubutes and skills that have resulted in your ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and satisfaction data results at a high level. As the successful applicant, you will be highly motivated, well organized, results focused and take pride in consistently achieving targets of customer satisfaction data capture. This role will also provide a relief reception service to our dealerships located at Hillcrest and Prospect
Reporting to the Dealership Transformation and Guestology Manager at Northpoint Toyota Hillcrest, you will be required to perform but not limited to:
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face, phone and email
- Basic reception and front of house skills and attributes
- Proven track record of success in reception, customer satisfaction and data integrity capture and manipulation
- Happy, fun, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic, highest levels of integrity and a love for working in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Relationship building skills with people from all backgrounds
- Good time management, with the ability to multi task and prioritise workloads.
- Medium to high MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Outlook, including complex formulae and graphs in Excel
- Superior personal appearance
