We currently have a six month contract opportunity for a passionate, driven person who has an understanding of supply chain planning, and the importance of building strong key stakeholder relationships.

This exciting role will see you be instrumental in providing end to end administration support to the supply chain team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained in relation to administration, data management, and supply chain processes across replenishment and event inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data management
  • Administration support
  • Monitor inbox and collection of confirmation emails
  • Management of data in excel and Access data base
  • Provide exceptional standards of customer service internally and externally

To be successful in this busy role, you will have the following skills:

  • Well-developed communication skills
  • The ability to think outside the square and use initiative
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building

You’ll be ideal for this role if you are a customer focussed person, with well-rounded administration skills, who thrives in a fast paced environment that requires accuracy and strong communication. Additionally, you’ll be motivated to help others, make a positive contribution to the team, and be solutions focussed.

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
