Reputable organisation based in the Hills District now has an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy and hardworking team.
Working as part of this established and growing team your responsibilities within this varied role will include but not be limited to:
- Reception duties including taking all incoming calls
- Providing administrative support to all departments as required
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Assisting with mail-outs and other general admin
- Data entry
- Ordering kitchen and stationery supplies
- Assisting the accounts department (training will be provided)
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:
- At least five years in an administrative role within an office environment
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
- Own car and license is essential
