About the Role

You will primarily be responsible for raising invoice requests - seeking approvals, cross-checking details and liaising with the corporate Accounts Receivable team to facilitate invoice generation.

Required skills and experience

  • Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, to take ownership of tasks and to manage deadlines without oversight
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Team player

Highly regarded but not essential:

  • Stable employment record 
  • Previous Invoice and Customer Service Experience
  • Salary is negotiable depending on the applicant
  • Experience in the sealant and adhesive industry is a bonus
