About the Role
You will primarily be responsible for raising invoice requests - seeking approvals, cross-checking details and liaising with the corporate Accounts Receivable team to facilitate invoice generation.
Required skills and experience
- Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently, to take ownership of tasks and to manage deadlines without oversight
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
- Team player
Highly regarded but not essential:
- Stable employment record
- Previous Invoice and Customer Service Experience
- Salary is negotiable depending on the applicant
- Experience in the sealant and adhesive industry is a bonus
