The Team
 
The Recoveries Team is a high performing, fun and driven business unit who thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in this team and you will play a pivotal support role with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business.
 
The Role
 
The purpose of this role is to work side by side with the daily operations of the Recoveries Team, assist the relationship with customers and ensure Fuji Xerox Australia meets the requirements of the administration and liquidations.
 
You will be responsible for the following:
 
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Review, Scan and file documents from Stakeholders, Liquidators and Trustees
  • Effective resolution of customer requirements and maintaining the operational efficiency of a very busy team
  • Resolve competing priorities associated with tasks of multiple stakeholders
  • Analysing and consolidating data from across multiple systems to generate monthly reports
  • Ad hoc administration and reporting duties when required

Other qualifications include:

  • A sound understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of administrations and liquidations of companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology savvy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in recoveries or collections would an advantage
