About the role

This role is a blend of Administration Support and Reception. Working out of our Head Office in the CBD your role will be to create a welcoming, professional and functional environment for all our staff, customers, and visitors. You will also be working very closely and providing admin support for a variety of teams including HR, Resourcing and Leadership .

Your duties will include:
  • Administration support to various teams in the office
  • Helping the resourcing team prepare and facilitate Assessment Centres
  • Record keeping
  • Meet and greet incoming visitors
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Maintenance of Head Office reception and welcome area
  • Managing calendars and meeting rooms
  • Liaising with external suppliers/caterers
  • Ensuring meeting rooms/kitchen and communal areas are neat and tidy
What you will need:
  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
