The Opportunity     

As a Project Coordinator (copy/Print), you will play a crucial role in the business as you will be providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth running and processing of jobs to meet our client needs. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be required to work closely with and lead a team of Litigation Support Clerks to complete tasks in accordance with our client instructions.     

Roles and Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:
  • Manage workflow of jobs and provide relevant reports and job updates to management and customers as required
  • Provide exceptional and quality customer service to our clients
  • Ensure that all jobs and tasks are completed on time and to a satisfactory level
  • Facilitate the smooth transitions between shifts and effect handover
  • Efficiently allocate time and resources to achieve client deadlines
  • Confidently use our in-house systems and providing status updates on jobs 
  • Oversee administrative work such as invoicing
  • Lead and develop the capabilities of direct reports to ensure ongoing skill development

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within a customer service focused environment, ideally a print room or similar processing environment 
  • Strong understanding of print and scanning functions in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong management skills
  • Experience in performing and overseeing high volume administrative tasks
  • A high level of organisational skills
  • Passion for working within a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Ability to work additional hours and weekends if required
