Here are some of the interesting highlights about the role:
  • Coordinate meetings/appointments/State Meetings for Operations including preparation of agenda item
  • Attend and take minutes at operational + State meetings
  • Preparation and drafting of correspondence for Operations Team including PowerPoint presentations, Publisher certificates etc.
  • Schedule meetings with relevant stake holders.
  • Communicate with Stores / Franchise Partners on behalf of Operations Team when requireAdministrative Support to State Business Consultants
  • Produce and publish Weekly newsletter, including Weekly Sales reportSales Reporting for State Manager
To be successful in this role:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Have a passion for high customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Publisher
  • Good attention to detail
  • High level of Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate with all levels of staff as well as customers and Franchise Partners,
  • Come from a QRS, hospitality, franchise background (desirable)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to take initiative
  • High level of resilience
About you

You are an energetic, hardworking 'self starter' possessing excellent organisational skills with a drive to make every interaction a positive and insightful one. Coupled with that, you’re be obsessed with detail, deadlines and determination to make a difference. If you can also show us demonstrated prior experience in a similar role, preferably from Operations and Administration Support background
