As the team administrator, you’ll provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team. You’ll be responsible for a number of activities including the management of team invoices, email and collateral distribution (internally and externally), booking travel, diary management and all other support as required by the Head of Marketing & Communications.
 
As the administrator for the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all support is delivered on time. You’ll work collaboratively with a variety of different stakeholders including Events, Accounts Payable, Product and Compliance. Although this isn’t a marketing role, you’ll gain exposure and insight into the day to day running of a highly effective and successful marketing function.
 
This role would be suitable for a range of individuals including those that enjoy administrative tasks and have experience in a similar role (across a range of different industries), or someone with less experience who is starting out in their career. You may be studying or you may be a recent graduate looking for experience in a marketing team. Regardless, we are open to hearing from individuals who have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task and most importantly someone who is a great team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
