We're currently on the lookout for a Operations & Account Coordinator to join our team and help us grow and utilise our sales platform even further.

About the role

In this role you'll be the voice of the Outdoria working closely with our retail members, teaching them how to get the most value from our platform. You'll manage all our members accounts by providing amazing after sales service and executing all details relating to their advertising packages and support requirements. You'll be training them on how to use our platform & to get the most out of their membership. It'll be your responsibility to ensure key metrics are achieved for each member's account. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding after sales service & account management to members, advertisers and suppliers
  • Working collaboratively with peers to ensure work is processed accurately, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of requests 
  • Following up on orders & customer enquiries,  providing amazing customer service
  • Monitoring, vetting and assisting suppliers with e-commerce orders
  • Assisting and supporting the Sales and Marketing executive team
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, general email & phone enquiries, seller adverts and monitor seller billing
  • Participating in regular team meetings to provide feedback around process improvement and increasing the service offering to clients

About You

This role has a lot of moving parts and is highly administrative. It constantly switches between customer service, operations and sales support. To be successful in this role we are on the hunt for someone who:

  • Understands challenges faced by online retail businesses, connecting with customers online & can put best process in place
  • Has 2-3 years in a similar role within Operations, Sales Support or Customer Service in retail, tourism, or an online environment
  • An administrative gun with impeccable attention to detail & who'll take initiative to learn new ways of doing things
  • Process, compliance & solutions orientated. If you find holes you'll sort them out with new processes to improve our service level
  • A team player who is hungry to achieve and eager to learn, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • A highly adaptable and flexible individual with the high emotional intelligent to grow and mould this role to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • And like the rest of our team, is passionate about the magic of the outdoors, bringing contagious energy and optimism to work everyday!
