Our Northern Berry Street office provides a number of different services and programs all directed at improving the wellbeing for children, young people and their families. The Administration Officer is responsible for providing general administrative support to staff as well as other determined tasks as part of their portfolio. These can include tasks such as working on a busy reception, ensuring stationary is well stocked, data-entry, filing, managing petty cash, coordinating meeting rooms and car bookings etc. The Administration Officer will be required to work at both our Eaglemont and Carlton sites.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Officer who is shares in the Berry Street vision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, or vocational training in Admin (such as a Cert IV/ Diploma in Business Admin or above). You will have a strong command of the Windows Office suite and highly developed time management skills. You will be a team player, with a non-judgemental approach and be passionate about continuous improvement. If this sounds like you, please apply below!
