GM Civil and Construction Surveying (GMCCS) is a privately owned company that redefines the benchmark for professional surveying consulting services. We have built our enviable reputation by delivering quality and reliable expertise to top tier clients in the construction, mining and energy industries and are currently seeking a Business Support Officer/Personal Assistant to work in our main office on a Full Time Maternity Leave Contract.

This diverse role has risen due to maternity leave, and will most likely suit an administrator with 2+ year's experience who has a solid understanding of basic business processes. You will be front of house performing reception and administrative duties whilst assisting in the month end process and providing PA services to the company's Directors. Using high level communication and public relation skills, duties include preparation of monthly reports, assistance with accounts, booking accommodation, travel, & training, and preparing confidential HR documents. As well as pro-active generalist admin and finance tasks, you will be a key contact for people both internal and external of the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self starter, a flair for business support, with experience in reception/administration. You will be analytical, organised and be able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines whilst working with a myriad of personalities. You must have experience with MYOB or similar accounting software and be prepared to undertake varying tasks to help ensure the business runs smoothly. Role will be based out of our Head Office in Brendale.
