The Pacific Complete consortium, comprising two firms with extensive experience in delivering Australia's most complex infrastructure, Laing O'Rourke and WSP, is partnering with the NSW Government's Pacific Highway Office to deliver the Woolgoolga to Ballina upgrade.

About the role

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join Pacific Complete. You will join an expert team to deliver the $4.3b billion Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway upgrade – Australia's largest regional infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative duties to the Portion and Project Team
  • Coordination of meetings,
  • Manage, record and communicate staff movements
  • Office management duties
  • Maintain Portion organisation chart
  • Maintain Portion contact list
  • Manage Employee Expense Claims and obtain sign off (where required)
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of reports, correspondence and/or presentations
  • Fleet Management, including maintenance and issuance of driver behaviour reports
  • Communicate daily site conditions
  • Coordinate weekly Project Inductions and / or monthly Work Ready Induction (where required)
  • Coordinate catering and events
  • Support and assist other Site Administration function team members to align with the One Team approach

You will have

At least three years' experience in a similar role, with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
