Supply Partners is an established market leader in solar distribution, located on the south side of Brisbane, we have a dedicated team, where we support each other to ensure our customers are provided with what they need when they need it and to provide solutions to inbound inquiry.
Position Description
Order processor, customer service and administration with Supply Partners is a customer facing role, in support of the sales and administration teams. Receiving orders via email, phone or in person, from the client or from sales staff within Supply Partners, entering orders into our ERP and ensuring the order is dispatched accordingly.
General administration is also a requirement within this role; filing and general office duties. The ability to be resourceful and problem solve, to ‘prioritise and execute’ tasks, being aware of deadlines and managing your workload in a calm and professional manner are key requirements within this role.
Experience in sales processing, administration and ERP platforms is critical.
