Reporting to Finance Manager, the role is responsible to provide support on day to day finance operations, office reception as well as providing executive assistance to the Managing Directors.
The role requires strong organization skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, whilst maintain a professional and self motivated approach.
Key responsibilities, include:
- Assisting with monthly invoicing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables functions
- Office Expenditure and Petty Cash Management
- Preparation of Monthly Reports
- Provide executive support to the Managing Directors
- Reception and assisting with office administration
The ideal candidate:
- Degree/Diploma graduate in Accounting / Finance
- A professional and self motivated approach to all tasks
- Strong communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac – advanced Excel skill is a plus
- Proven organisation and time management skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Xero a plus
