We have 2 part time positions available (19 hours per week) to cover a period of maternity leave.

Located in the western suburbs of Adelaide, Linsell Lodge is a 95 bed aged care facility and is supported with a highly functioning and dedicated team of professional passionate about the care of our residents.
We are seeking an experienced receptionist or administrative assistant that is able to be the first point of contact for our residents and their family/friends that also has the ability to ‘start the conversation’ and respond to enquiries about placement opportunities in our facility.
About role

- The role is a job share so there may be some flexibility on your shifts
Role Criteria
- At the minimum, 3+ years of experience in a similar role that involved administrative or receptionist duties
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills and exceptional customer service
- Be well presented, flexible, reliable and a self-motivated team player
- Have intermediate skills with the Microsoft office suite of programs, with the ability to maintain and update marketing material
- Available to be rostered for 19 hours per week, with the days depending upon the negotiated job share arrangements.
