The Opportunity

As a result of continued growth, our client has an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Office Coordinator to join their vibrant team in Rozelle. This is a varied and wide-ranging role covering marketing and events coordination, sales support and general administration.

The Office Coordinator will cover the following:

General Administration & Sales Support

  • Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring the office operations runs smoothly
  • Client and supplier communication by phone and email
  • Responsibility for the presentation of the office
  • Assisting the sales team with compiling information
  • Assistance in contract administration
  • General business and database administration

Marketing & Events Coordination

  • Liaising with sales staff to ensure correct and up to date information across various media
  • Updating advertisements, website content and looking for opportunities to promote the business and listings
  • Responsibility for social media – content, growth, strategy and relevance
  • Liaising with head office regarding marketing strategies
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of customer events throughout the year
  • Budgeting and dealing with numerous stakeholders and suppliers/contractors
  • Regular email marketing to the client and lead database

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with team members, high net worth clients and contractual staff
  • Self-motivated, continually looking for opportunities and solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in marketing and events management
  • Formal qualifications in business, marketing or events would be well regarded
