The role
An amazing opportunity has opened up for an experienced NDIS Client Relation / Intake officer to join our team!
You will be responsible for the improvement of the administrative processes and policies, manage allied health and administrative staff, and assists in long term organisational planning.

What you'll be doing
Executive function:
- Update and implement Physio Inq’s development strategy and oversee individual solicitation leads and processes, as agreed with the CEO
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Team Leaders on administrative functions as part of the Management team
Office Administration Function:
- Manage daily office operations
- Manage Administrative Staff
- Coordinate long-term organisational planning and the implementation and operation of our strategic plan
- Develop and oversee office standard operating procedures
- Oversee and manage network administration and phone system and evaluate information systems
Human Resource Function:
- Oversee our broad HR requirements; including employee on-boarding, maintaining personnel records, monitoring insurance coverage and ensuring personnel policies are up-to-date
Mobile and Community Function:
- Incoming lead management
- Referrer Liaison - participant, support coordinator, LAC
- Managing high volume referrers
- Practitioner Region Allocation and Monitoring
- Service bookings
- Service agreement management and alerts
- Management of PRODA claiming
- Maintaining Mobile and Community networking contacts, calendar with upcoming events
- Providing reports to team leaders on staff performance
- Passing on allied health contacts/details to team leaders when coming across other therapists working from other organisations for recruiting
- Managing franchisee NDIS invoices
- Managing Client Feedback functions
