Supporting the client based team you will be based in the back office assisting with all client based admin, various projects and assisting reception where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting logistics of various in-hose and external events incl ordering catering, creating invites, managing RSVPS etc
- Management of the database
- Client liaison via phone and email
- Assist volunteers and provide support
- Assisting with reception where required
- Ordering of stationary and office maintenance
- Attending meetings and taking minutes where required
- Ad hoc admin support where required
- At least 3 years experience in an administrative function
- Strong admin skills
- Great communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone manner
- High attention for detail
- Ability to take on volumes of work
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Experience working for not-for-profits a bonus
