Vision Safe is a global supplier of safety products to a diverse range of customers. Situated in the lovely Perth Hills, we now require a dynamic office allrounder to join our team.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts / Internal Sales person looking for work in Mundaring WA. This position is for full time hours, starting on a casual basis. We are looking for someone who has good attention to detail and experience in both bookkeeping and sales.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Generating monthly reports and customer rebates

 

Sales:

  • Answering customer phone and email enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, product information etc.
  • Calling customers to promote products and generate sales
  • Support Account Representatives in the field with reports, stock/sample requests, enquires and customer order status updates
  • Assisting customers to resolve issues and complaints within company guidelines
  • Processing orders and taking payments

Applicants will need to meet the following requirements:

 

  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear communication with customers and staff
  • Excellent phone manner with a focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • High degree of initiative and motivation
  • Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Have your own transport and current driver's license
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Experience in bookkeeping preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Office Admin and Accounts Experience
  • Experience with MYOB preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
