Butterfields Services is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Underdale based team. This position is full time (40 hours per week) and remunerated with a generous Salary package.
The successful candidate will be working with a happy and friendly bunch of people, be provided a Corporate Uniform, dedicated on-site parking, and lunch every day! Yes, lunch is provided every day!
Working as part of a small vibrant Administration team, you will be responsible for providing Administrative support to our field service personnel and Office based staff.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes:
- Has the right to work in Australia
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Effective data entry skills gained in a busy work environment
- Able to manage multiple administration tasks with tight deadlines, under limited supervision
- Proficient using all products in the Microsoft Office suite and experience using database systems
- Well presented, with sound written and verbal communication abilities
- Experienced in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Able to perform accounts reconciliations; extract data from systems and interpret information
- Experienced with accounts reporting processes, such as end of month activities
- Customer service focussed and capable of assisting others with general office administration
