Canberra's number one real estate company Luton Properties is seeking a dynamic Office Manager for our Weston Office. 
 

Are you a professional and experienced administrator? 
Are you an expert in customer service ?

In this role you will effectively and efficiently co-ordinate the administration department of your office, ensuring all data processing and administrative deadlines are met daily. Manage front office presentation and promote excellence in customer service at all times. Be a professional and welcoming contact for Luton’s internal and external customers.

 

Your abilities:

  • Have the ability to undertake several tasks concurrently, and work under limited direction.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and accurate proof reading skills.
  • Be a pro-active problem solver, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise on all levels.
  • Demonstrate a can do attitude, a dynamic, energetic personality and work ethic. Luton’s is a successful Team environment – be part of it!
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to deal sensitively with people from all walks of life.
  • Display initiative and assist all staff in your office.


Your Knowledge:

  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, Attachments, File and Folder management.
  • Typing speed of 60 w/m.
  • Previous customer service and busy reception skills are essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years full time working experience in administration.
