About the business and the role
We are looking for a dynamic PA or secretary to support two law partners.
It would be great for the candidate to:
* have strong computer skills in Word and Outlook
* be well organised
* have great telephone skills
* be willing to learn LEAP software
* be reliable
* have some experience would be great but if not must have a go get attitude
* have a good personality able to work in a team environment
* be willing to train and learn on the job
* happy to accommodate shorter hours each day 25-30 hours per week
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Answering phone
- Collect mail
- Photocopying and scanning
- Putting folders together
- Administrative tasks
- Manage partners emails/diary
- Book settlements
- Telephone clients
- computer research
- attend meetings
- use leap software (the ideal candidate will be trained)
- Support partners
- Update website
