We are now seeking a professional Administration Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month Maternity Leave replacement role. Reporting to the Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will be comfortable being the ‘go to’ person within a busy department. You’ll be structured yet flexible, a natural communicator and above all, a genuine team player.

As the Coordinator for our Service department you will be supporting a team of Customer Service Operators within a call centre environment, in addition to our field team of Service Technicians.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining customer files and records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Developing a solid knowledge of the PWS product range, particularly as it relates to codes and pricing
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports for the Team Leader
  • Assisting the Service and Service Technician Team Leaders to create and update department processes, procedures and policies
  • Creating rosters, reviewing staffing levels and timesheets
  • Coordinating Service Team meetings, organising training and travel bookings as required
  • Liaising and collaborating with other department Coordinators to ensure seamless customer experiences across all PWS channels

Our ideal candidate will have;

  • Exceptional computer literacy, including experience with an ERP system or similar (ours is Netsuite), plus Microsoft Office experience, with a particular focus on Excel skills
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Open and clear communication, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive and proactive approach
