Are you an energetic and versatile whiz in an office environment?

 

We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable to work at Reception and support our Braybrook office.  You will interact with all employees and visitors to the Braybrook site and work alongside our Finance team.

 

You will need to be a jack-of-all-trades and able to work across multiple tasks at any given time.  You will also enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently when needed. Along with being able to organised and manage multiple deadlines, you will not be afraid to ask questions or help out wherever required.

 

The specific tasks that you would be required to do include:

  • Helping the Finance team with processing supplier invoices and other Accounts Payable/Finance processing
  • Managing Reception (greeting customers, taking deliveries, etc.) and running a telephone switchboard system
  • Manage a broad range of administrative duties, such as ordering stationary, opening mail, booking travel and accommodation, administering company mobile phones and car fleet.
  • Coordinating onsite events

 

Requirements

To undertake this role successfully, we need you to possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high standard reception and administrative support
  • Some experience in Accounts Payable processing tasks
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment managing multiple demands
  • High level of computer proficiency with attention to details and accuracy, particulary using Work, Excel and other database applications
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
