The Role

In this part time role (3 days a week) you will coordinate and oversee administrative duties across the Technology Services Business Unit while providing support to the Head of Technology.  From time to time, you will provide general administrative support to other members of the Technology Services Leadership Team, talk about variety! Specifically, your day may include:


• Technology Accounts Administration (Purchase order and invoice management and administration, reconciliation to budget and improvement of these processes)
• Project administration including room logistics and collating and producing documentation
• High level administrative support to Head of Technology including diary management, typing coordinating documentation, preparing presentation material and general mail management
• Compiling Technology Steering Committee documentation
• Assisting in general monthly reporting documentation, presentations and stakeholder communication
• Completing meeting minutes and circulation
• Booking meetings and coordinating events
• Travel booking and expense management for the broader team


About You

You are well known for your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels and have discretion in the handling of sensitive information. You can leverage your administration experience gained in a financial services or professional services environment to provide practical, hands on administration support and suggest improvements. You are a flexible team member, ideally with exposure to Agile methodology or you will absolutely gain exposure to it!
