About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to coordinate activities, reporting and programs across the entire employee lifecycle, as well as supporting legal and governance correspondence and documentation, initiatives and activities.
In order to succeed in the position you'll have:
Experience in general administration, reporting and document management, preferably within an HR or legal function
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, be proactive and show initiative
Strong administration and written communications skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/ or changing priorities, and to deliver to deadlines
Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of core remit
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and preferably Visio, and experience using databases and online systems
