About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to the Project Team throughout the management, fabrication and installation of local and international public art projects.

Initially this role is for 6 months, with the prospect of continuing. 

About You

You will be a strong multi-tasker, have exceptional time management skills with experience in providing high-level project support within the construction industry. You will be innovative and a problem solver, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be efficient with your work prioritisation.

This role will challenge you and reward you. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded personalities supporting each other to achieve the best outcomes for the team.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Solid background in team support and project administration
  • Extensive experience in document control management
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration processes for assisting in the preparation of subcontract/supplier agreements (including scope of works), RFI’s, EOT’s, Progress Claims, etc
  • Experience with arranging Travel (including Visas) for people across different locations and time zones
  • Good computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Proven ability of planning and prioritising to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and able to multi-task
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the Construction Industry would be highly regarded

Salary is negotiable and will be based on level of experience and alignment with attributes above upon selection.
