You will provide external customer service and internal administrative support - including general customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, production order processing and other related duties.

Your opportunity:

This role is based in our Hallam office.  In the role of Customer Service Officer, you will be answering customer queries and entering customer orders with our customer service team.  

Working as part of the customer service team within our operations structure you will develop relationships with our customers as well as warehouse and manufacturing staff to ensure custom orders are produced on-time and within specifications.

What you can expect:

  • Assist the Customer Service and Operations Team
  • Report process and procedure problems to constantly challenge and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Continually monitor order and sales volumes to determine efficient resource allocation and adjust accordingly so that "Best Customer Experience" commitments are met.
  • Establish a strong relationship with Sales, Warehouse and Operations to ensure seamless processes that ensures a smooth and hassle free experience for the customer.
  • Ensure you conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct.
  • Process production orders for the warehouse / factory.

What we expect:

  • Experience in the industry preferred
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Ability to understand technical detail of products
  • Proven track record in Customer Service
  • Experience in establishing and streamlining processes
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
  • Ability to plan own workload and daily routines
