Brisbane South PHN supports primary health providers – GPs and allied health professionals – to provide coordinated, efficient and effective medical services to patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes … the right care in the right place at the right time.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team to assist the General Manager in day to day operations and work with the administration team to provide high quality administrative support across a range of programs and projects. This is a full time 6 month role – available immediately
You will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, both internal and external to Brisbane South PHN.
- Ability to establish work priorities and meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Demonstrated solution-focused problem solving skills within the scope of the role and ability to escalate matters as appropriate.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and independently within the scope of the role.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related field is desirable.
- Positive National Police Check.
