Technical Support Assistant
SafeTCard currently has a part time leading to full time vacancy for an experienced data entry/ technical support assistant to join our dynamic team in our city based office.
After almost 30 years in the security industry, SafeTCard Personal Solutions was launched to provide compelling and effective means for clients in a diverse range of markets (including both government and privately owned) to provide the best protection for their loan, isolated high risk workers and individuals including family, domestic violence and aged care.
Duties include
- Programming personal safety devices
- Testing and dispatching stock
- Maintaining multiple databases
- Liaising with clients by phone and email
- At least two years of data entry experience
- High level of communication skills
- Medium to high level of computer skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent level of data entry accuracy. The position is available for immediate start.
