We are recruiting this role on a permanent basis and are looking for a temporary candidate to fill the role and have a detailed handover in the interim. Whilst the business recruits the permanent employee, this temporary contract could be 4 - 12 weeks. We are looking for someone who is committed to staying until the permanent employee starts and will provide a handover. You must be immediately available. You could be considered for the permanent role and treat this as a working interview. 

An exciting new opportunity in a global business based in St Leonards, Australia’s Head Office. We are looking for a permanent Executive Assistant to support the Director of HR, Director of Legal and Director of Governance and Regulations Affairs. This role will provide support the three Directors and their wider teams. Working closely with everyone involved as well as the team of EAs, our client is looking for a true team player.

Typical duties include:

  • Extensive diary management for the three directors, managing the wider teams diaries to organise and locate times for meetings.
  • Inbox management for the three directors, using a categorising system to best suit their needs.
  • Booking monthly travel, including flights and accommodation. Last minutes flights and changes for the three directors.
  • Managing expenses for the three directors, and wider team as and when required.
  • Assisting with event management both internal and external.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • General administration across the floor.
