The latest opportunity we have with a local Physiotherapy Practice, might be just what the doctor ordered. We are on the hunt for an emotionally intelligent and driven Senior Administrator to join their team and add to the positive vibe of their business.
Much like a Physiotherapist, a Senior Administrator plays an integral part in the implementation and maintenance in regards to optimal strength and constant movement within the business. You will have the nous to motivate and inspire the team via clear communication with honesty which will create a relaxed and transparent environment.
With multiple practices across the Riverina, their aim is to not only provide their clients with the right care but to ensure their clients receive the ultimate experience throughout their client journey and this starts from the front desk. Not only do they want to provide a service to clients and families that constantly exceeds expectations, they also ensure their staff are working in a positive, energetic and modern environment and are living their best lives. (like this)
You will be liaising and leading the admin team on a daily basis to ensure the business is running as smoothly as possible by managing and maintaining practice administration policies, implementing practice policies and refining standards and procedures.
Within the role you will be managing a team of 5 administrators with the scope of moving into a Practice Manager role within the near future.
Below is a brief snapshot of some of the day to day duties and expectations:
- Manage client experience: Meet, greet and prioritise patients/visitors, make them feel welcome and comfortable and show them necessary amenities.
- Monitor the four practice diaries and movements to ensure commitments are met or dealt with appropriately and the relevant person is informed.
- Provide administrative support to the practitioners to assist with the best outcomes for the patients.
- Maintain practice efficiency - KPI / Training Review and ensure the smooth running of the practice through efficient practices and procedures - providing feedback on ways to improve efficiency when needed
You might have a HR background, then again you might not. What’s important is your ability to handle a busy environment where you will be constantly learning and collaborating with the team to achieve the end result.
