We are seeking a confident, self motivated Junior person with at least 1 -2 years' experience in an administration and/or accounts role.
You will need to be a "self starter" with Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, accuracy with figures, good data entry skills and you will need to have excellent communication.
You will be offered variety and the opportunity to gain new skills and progress in a dynamic and professional environment.
Duties will include:
- Greeting clients and answering phone call
- Responding to email and mail enquiries
- Data entry for claims and accounts
- Typing emails and letters
- Maintaining stationery stocks and office supplies
An Office Traineeship is available with this position
An immediate start is envisaged. Hours are 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
If you consider yourself to be a quick learner with a flair for numbers and attention to detail together with excellent communication and administration skills, this position may suit you.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
