The Smith's Snackfood Company, based in Tingalpa, currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Distribution Centre Administrator to join our busy team.


Key accountabilities of the role will include:
  • Creation and processing of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Shipment costing.
  • Management of the exportation of goods to overseas customers.
  • Management of the return of stock from customers.
  • Management of the movement of stock between three national sites.
  • Management of consumables and suppliers.
  • Team engagement and reward initiatives.
  • Participation in safety, people, environment and continuous improvement projects.
  • Implementing administration improvements in the office where applicable.
  • Generating data for reports.
  • Covering reception
  • General administration work.



Essential requirements of the role include:

  • SAP knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual whose flexibility allows you to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be a proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Initiative to learn new skills and challenge yourself.
  • A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time.
