About the Role:
Provide key assistance in the project developing, consolidating and fully implementing TRIM/CM9 across the entire department. In this role you will assist with processes, policies and development of business rules to ensure that this transition period is successful. As this role will be to supporting the implementation you will be required to respond professionally to enquiries and problems as well as train and support staff in all aspects related to TRIM/CM9. Assist with the incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence and the storage, archiving and retrieval of records in line with relevant legislation and public records processes and requirements.
About You:
- Evidence of using TRIM/CM9 at a high level showing expertise and experience
- Provide key assistance in the CRIM’s project developing, consolidating and fully implementing TRIM/CM9
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with the entire organization through this implementation process.
