• Temporary on-going Monday through to Friday- 9am-5pm each day
• Located in Keysborough

Our business partner is one of Australia’s largest Manufacturing/ Printing Organisations. Based in Keysborough you will assist customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across our wide range of products and services. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers

• Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes

• Provide customer additional information or services

• Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction

• Processing orders

• Dealing with customers issues in a professional manner

• Up selling and cross selling various products

• Complete supporting paperwork and data

• Other administrative duties as required

Printing/ Manufacturing Industry will be highly regarded!!

To apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous customer service experience

• Very good communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team

• Can do attitude
