About Us

Lifestart is a NGO that supports children and young people living with disability or delay and their families/ carers. In our South East Sydney region Lifestart is an NDIA Partner in the Community which provides Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) for children aged 0-6 years. The NDIA provides a three year funding Agreement for the ECEI Program to June 2021.

About The Role

We are seeking an ECEI Administration Officer to join and support our Eastern Sydney Team, based at our Malabar office. This is a contracted position on a full-time basis for the duration of the funding agreement with NDIA. The Administrator we require will have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to achieving positive results. You will be adaptable to a varied role, with the ability to work under little supervision.

The person will be regarded as someone who is passionate about supporting the rights of children and families, values a collaborative working environment with mutual trust and respect and holds strong administrative and customer service skills.

What You Need

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent data management skills
  • High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
  • A pleasant and professional telephone manner with a focus on customer service.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Experience in the disability sector/ ECEI or similar role is highly desired.
