About the role:
We are looking for an experienced full time administrative assistant to join us at our St Leonards office. We offer an immediate start.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative support tasks.
Your duties will include:
1. Providing administrative support to our staff members
2. Some reception duties
3. Data entry onto the company database
4. Invoice reconciliation
5. Generating and distributing of reports using MS Office products
Must have skills:
1. Organisational skills
2. Attention to detail
3. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Excellent English communication skills - written & verbal
