This is an immediate opportunity for a Data Entry / Internal Sales Support champion to join our close-knit commercial team at the Ormeau office.
In this role, you play the critical behind-the-scenes role of entering & processing orders and providing after-sales support.
Your administration duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing incoming quotes and orders and coordinating actions required.
- Supporting the Project Supervisors with quoting and order processing, Invoicing, Maintaining Supervisor register and administration.
- Supporting the sales team with quoting and order processing and administration.
- Providing support to the site supervisors.
BYO STRENGTHS:
First and foremost, you are a rock solid administrator, one who is known for dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s. You will easily settle in a role, behind the scenes supporting our Project supervisors/Project Mangers with entering site measure, date entry, Invoicing, and entering quotations in an integrated manufacturing system. Equally, you are savvy with the MS suite Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ideally you will have worked in a previous customer serving role or have similar experience, and welcome the opportunity to develop knowledge of plan take-offs, industry code, our products and components.
You will enjoy interacting with others, and have the self-confidence and maturity to manage resolutions and build working relationships with our friendly team, suppliers and customers.
