We are currently going through a large growth inflection with our business doubling in size and expanding to deliver across the whole of Queensland, based out of our Fortitude Valley HQ.

About you
You are a competitive, team player in the business of people and service delivery. You want to give the best experience possible. You thrive off busy event periods handling large volume and use business as usual periods to upskill and develop yourself further. Smashing your KPIs is something you do consistently which excites you and visual performance outcomes with your success being quickly and openly recognised and rewarded is something you appreciate.
You are tech savvy and have mastered the art of using programs such as Outlook and Word. You have even used company specific programs such as CMS. You are confident answering and making calls, speaking with a variety of stakeholders having an assortment of conversations. You are confident to make decisions and back yourself and your performance.
You have perhaps worked in the insurance or maintenance world however this isn't a requirement.
