About the role
 
The Reception/Office Administration role is primarily responsible for managing all Reception duties and assisting in general office administration and human resources related tasks. The role is a permanent, full time position and provides future career growth and opportunity.  This role will suit recent Graduates or someone wanting to make a change to a more dynamic organisation.  The role is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Reception services - meeting and greeting all visitors;
  • managing inbound calls, mail and couriers;
  • Co-ordinating general administrative duties - electronic correspondence, maintaining company documents and files, meeting room management;
  • Managing office supplies and deliveries;
  • Assist with travel management arrangements for the business (booking flights, accommodation, hire cars etc.)
  • Assist with events, conferencing and tradeshows;
  • Provide support to the Human Resources function with people related tasks and activities.

What we are looking for: 

Some previous experience in providing administration support would be beneficial, however we are willing to develop someone in this role who is keen to learn and grow with the business.  Ideally, you do need to have:

  • Intermediate Lotus Notes or Microsoft Office skills;
  • Ability to multi task and work in a team environment;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Will enjoy being at the front face of the organisation - eager to assist;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and be fairly good on the detail;
  • Be an agile learner and enjoy a fast-paced environment
