We are Sydney's leading team of Podiatrists for lower limb pain. Our team has over 25 yrs experience, whilst being at the forefront of innovative patient care. We are relaxed, friendly but highly passionate about our profession.

We are looking for a customer focused person to  provide extraordinary service at our St Marys and Penrith clinics.

Please note! This position is not for the faint of heart. We are looking for an exceptional person.


This is a VERY busy, demanding, energetic role, if you're looking for a sit down desk job this is not for you. This position includes a wide variety of activities.

All training supplied - just bring along your fantastic positive and "I can do it"  attitude!!

Shift hours are between 7am - 8pm

WE need you to be available for a minimum of 20hrs per week, 4 days per week.

Casual hourly rate of pay in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.

This position is a Support Services Level 2-3.

Position Includes:

  • Reception/Admin duties + more.
  • Your job is to get people through our front door.
  • Your aim is to help our pts understand seeing us is their best option.
  • Give our patients ongoing best 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th impressions of our clinics and Dr’s.
  • To make sure our team continue to look like superstars.
  • Multi tasking - Until you are run off your feet!
  • Loads of learning - You will learn STACKS
  • .Able to follow procedures and understand the importance of thoroughly completing checklists.
  • If completing checklists scares you – then this role is not for you.

You need to be:

  • Reliable and flexible.
  • Someone that can provide EXTRAORDINARY customer service.
  • Super efficient.
  • Position would suit someone very experienced in dealing with people.

What we expect:

  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Someone who takes accountability for the role and tasks.
  • You need to be confident at learning new software programs.
  • Must be ready to juggle 3 or 4 calls at a time and then prioritise these as you go.
  • You will need to be methodical.
