SALARY RANGE: $78,117 to $84,361 pa (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time (36.75 hours per week) and continuing
LOCATION: Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for the effective development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes to enhance the management of the transactional support services across the Faculty of Arts and Education.
This will include:
- Leading, developing and supporting the Faculty's transaction team, ensuring they deliver a comprehensive and continually improving support service to Faculty staff.
- Initiating, designing and delivering policy, procedure and services relating to the Faculty's transactional finance and business administrative obligations.
- Undertaking a range of financial transactions to assist with the delivery of services that relate to areas for which the position is responsible.
- Contributing to, and initiating continuous improvement activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services and processes.
ABOUT YOU
- Completion of a Degree or completion of an Associate Diploma, preferably in Business, Finance or Office Administration and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience in driving improvement initiatives.
- Experience with administrative systems such as travel and financial process transactions.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and accurate communications that are appropriate for their intended audience.
