Reporting to the Office Administrator, a Receptionist is required to support the Koroit site.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and visitors of Saputo Koroit in a professionally manner while ensuring that visitors are made aware of the site’s protocols and safety regulations
- Being the first point of contact for the site and handling mail and emails in a manner that reflects the company’s values. Additionally managing incoming telephone calls courteously and efficiently, passing along messages where necessary
- Ensure compliance to all OH&S policy & safety procedures
- Maintain confidentiality with regards to company information
- Create, maintain and close off SAP Purchase Orders
- Assist as a back-up to other administration staff
