YOUR Future Strategy is a professional firm of Financial and Property Advisers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant person to join our Gold Coast office as our Group Receptionist, answering inbound calls for all of our offices.
The Group Receptionist duties will include:
- Professionally answering all incoming calls
- Trust Account Administration and Reconciliations
- Commission Administration
- Responsibility for all outgoing mail
- General Office Duties
- Meeting and welcoming clients
- Support the Financial Advisory team
- Assist the Property Management & Investment Teams
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Polite and Confident Phone Manner
- Professional Presentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn IT Systems (CRM Systems)
- Accurate Spelling and Grammar
- Previous Client Services, Bookkeeping or Trust Account experience would be preferable
